Shipping policy



D’Loft offers you different shipping options depending on the pieces being shipped. Bigger items will be delivered by a trusted and specialized carrier, while a small object will be delivered by a courier.

For larger furniture, make sure that they can be easily delivered to their destination without any accessibility issues. Before the delivery, take note of every piece of furniture’s dimensions in order to ensure its safe passage through any obstacle, such as elevators, sharp turns, and doorways.


Delivery options for larger items

Curbside Delivery:

Transport company will call you to fix an appointment.  The driver will lower the package to the ground and place it curbside at the end of your driveway. This is a large, heavy item, so arrange to have additional people help you. 

White glove delivery:

For some area, it's possible to use the white glove delivery for an extra amount.  The transport company will contact you to fix a time for the delivery, they will place the piece in your room of choice, unpack and assemble the piece.  They will also remove all the packing material.  If you want a white glove delivery, please email us at and we will send you a white glove shipping cotation (if it's possible in your area).

Store pick-up:

You can always pick up your order at our store to avoid freight charges, we must be advised four days prior to pickup. Our store address is: D’LOFT, 1295 Boul. Charest O, suite 100, Quebec City.


Delivery options for smaller items

Smaller items will be shipped via courier such as : DHL, FedEx, etc or they can be picked up at the store.


 *Extra shipping charges apply for the Newfoundland, Yukon, NWT, Nunavut and other remote areas.
